Master the art of French cuisine with butter.
Cooking Class & Lunch
Nestled amidst the rolling pastures of the Pays d'Auge, a passionate chef, welcomes you into her home for a delightful culinary experience. Learn the secrets of incorporating Normandy butter into delicious and authentic French dishes.

Day 2
Butter making workshop at a beautiful bocage farm.
Roll up your sleeves and churn your own butter! Experience the magic of transforming cream into this culinary staple, learning about each step: churning, washing, draining, and finally,molding. The grand finale will be savoring your very own creation alongside a tasting of the farm's finished butter. Before departing, witness the cows being milked, gaining a deeper appreciation for the source of this incredible ingredient.

Day 5
Farewell breakfast with your fellow butter connoisseurs
On our last day together we will gather in the morning at the hotel for an informal breakfast. We will reminisce about the past weeks adventures- visiting historic creameries, learning the art of butter churning, and indulging in countless buttery treats.

Gourmet Pays d'Auge Tour
Embark on a full-day adventure through the Pays d'Auge, a region renowned for its culinary delights.
